Was with these guys for 8 years, Michael Ryan Was my agent and totally abandon Our business was sent over to a house account We're John Gerken took over the account poor communication not up on the facts of the insurance business and How to handle disputes where I won 3 times . He suggested that most people just pay it. It would have cost $5000 if I hadn't pushed the dispute. Totally incompetent and lazy Period there are way better companies out there.

I am party to a claim where this agency is responsible for selling the policy to the business who hold said policy. This agency continues to drag their feet and not assign an adjuster in the same time zone so that they can hide behind someone not being in the office to handle a claim. Meanwhile, I have a home that is unlivable for myself, my spouse, our three children, and our two animals. I have asked repeatedly for action and am met with excuse after excuse, only to be hung up on.

Make sure you don’t get Alena Avnukov! She doesn’t know what she is doing she is VERY unprofessional! She stopped emailing me back, still till this day has not answered my questions or concerns! Please save yourself a headache and don’t give them your business. Alena Avnukov doesn’t NOT know how to handle a claim! I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all very disappointed!!
