Great experience working with Arsim. Farmers has been having issues bundling our home and auto, we were sent around different customer service departments for a month and still got charged almost $1000 for losing the discount. Very rude, condescending, and deceitful. I called his cell as he contacted me after I did an online quote. I was telling him that I wanted coverage like I had in place already by another provider. I was treated like a kid, and when I was telling him things that I upgraded in the home, like windows and water lines, he was telling me I didn't ask you that. After I had had enough of his rudeness, I hung up. I then texted him asking to speak to his manager, I got no response, so I called the office, and he acted like he was another person when I called. When I called him out on it, he then called me crazy and Loco. I told him how ignorant he was, and yes, I did curse at him. I said I would contact Farmers office and tell them of my experience with him his reply was they won't listen to you, can't do anything, and neither will Farmers you're crazy. I see how you attack people with a negative review, so please do the same with me as well. You will see I am very balanced with reviews. I did contact Farmers, and I hope that they did the right thing.

RESPONSE TO OWNER. Shame you didn't talk about your deceitful nature and your very condescending tone. Also, you lie about what you said about calling Farmers directly. As stated in my review above is the comment you made. You were no where "cool as a cucumber" as you raised your voice as well. I choose not to do business with a condescending liar, as that would be counterintuitive. Nice attack tho. You definitely need to work on you. You can't be the victim all the time.
