Wow, I had a great experience here today ... Candice worked so diligently to find the kind of policy I needed at the best rate. She explained what she was doing as we went along and made sure I understood all my options. It was clear that she was knowledgeable and experienced, which I appreciated. But she was also really kind; she provided excellent customer service. Along the way, she was assisted by her coworker in the office, and by another associate on the phone; everyone worked cooperatively and smoothly; I was truly impressed.
