I was very lucky to come across my Farmers agent, Mr. Hong, after having my prior State Farm agent exaggerate what he could do for me and my family. I've used Mr. Hong and his team for over 15 years now for both auto and home insurance and they've been nothing but honest, thorough, kind and very professional with me and my entire family. Mr. Hong consistently went above and beyond to help me both before and after I was in an accident. He tried to share with me the various ways to save money on my policies and let me know of ways to bundle insurance while making sure my family and I were completely covered in case of anything. When I was involved in an accident, he helped with setting up the appraisal for the damage and helped me feel better after what was a trying time and answered all my questions over the phone. I have and would highly recommend Mr. Hong to anyone!
