I had a great experience with Jose concerning workers comp. My current provider locked me into another year because I failed to cancel at the right time but Jose still spoke with me for well over an hour spread across multiple calls.
This guy took the time to educate me on workers comp policies, audits and what to do and what to avoid even knowing I couldn't change carries right now.
Jose is a stand up guy and deserves much success and prosperity.

Jose canceled our home insurance on a Friday afternoon because Farmers wanted us to put a new roof on. Had he just asked, he’d known that we had a new roof put on three weeks prior. Then, when he got our insurance reinstated, he said it was back to exactly as it was before. Well, turns out that was a lie. We had our damage occur recently only to find out that Jose had our deductible changed from $1,000 to $10,000 dollars. Who the heck would ever agree to a $10,000 deductible? Needless to say, we canceled our policy and went elsewhere.
