After selling our home and moving to a Retirement community, we needed renter's insurance. Having been Farmers' customers for years we applied with them. Our former agent had left the company and I was directed to J. Philips' office and feel so fortunate that Janelle was the person who answered my call. There appeared to Underwriting concerns regarding appropriate fire coverage in our new location. But Janelle persevered, making numerous calls, securing a letter from the fire marshall and our policy was issued. Mr. Phillips, you have a jewel in your office and want to make sure you know it.
