Hi my name is Jasmine Ruiz. I have been at this location for almost 10 years. We had never had a problem with anyone. The neighbor we have now has been here for a few months now and has been telling her clients/fosters to do bad reviews on my business due to the parking and saying we called the city, not knowing that it’s a public parking and the adult school parks on the street also. We all park wherever we find parking, even if it’s far from our destination. These people doing bad reviews about us saying we give them bad customer service, giving attitude, calling us racist and saying hateful things have never walked in or called in about insurance, it’s all lies. We have never seen or talked to these people that are giving us bad reviews. The bad reviews started about 3 months ago, and then they started everyday. I was out for a month and those hateful reviews kept going about me with me not even being here. Our #1 thing is customer service. Any call we receive, we answer. EDIT: in response to the owner writing her own review 🙄 - we actually have footage and multiple witnesses who are victims of her bullying. She has come out to yell at people for parking in "her" spot which *she* painted herself without approval from the city. So before you go and drop your money on someone who actively works against a community and a non profit, take your dollars elsewhere.

This lady spends so much time harassing potential clients in the community that it's apparent she actually doesn't have any clients. If you actually were busy providing a good service then you wouldn't be coming out to confront people for taking a public parking spot? You wouldn't come out to take pictures and videos of people? You wouldn't be painting the curb green to protect a spot. Or calling parking enforcement coz people parked for longer than 20 minutes?

This agent is a joke. She has no clients to save spots for, yet spends so much effort to harass passerbyers of other businesses. If she actually spent that energy in building a community, she may actually make a living.

Don't support this lady who wastes public resources, fights with a LOW COST COMMUNITY CLINIC over whatever crawled up her butt, and harasses people.

Recently dealt with Jasmin alongside a friend looking for insurance, and was absolutely appauled by her attitude towards people in public, as we were arriving. Harassing people like she owns the street was bad enough. I used to hear such great things about farmers, family members recommended. But if this is who they're ok with having them represent their brand, no thank you. We decided to shop around and got quoted a much better rate by a far less hateful person

Absolutely Terrible Experience

I had the misfortune of dealing with this insurance company, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Their customer service is atrocious; I was left on hold for hours and received vague, unhelpful responses whenever I finally got through. Processing claims is a nightmare – they delay everything and seem to lose paperwork constantly. When they do respond, their explanations are convoluted and contradictory. I’ve never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism in any service industry. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

If zero stars could be given, I would. I had the worst guest experience here with Jasmine. While shopping for a new insurance, I was met with nothing but attitude and hostility. She was completely unknowledgeable in the aspect of her career. I don’t know how she’s able to represent Farmers insurance with a lack of knowledge and professionalism. I would not recommend her to anybody and not waste your time with her
