One of the worst insurance agents out there. They called me at 4 pm saying you need to provide some document by 5 pm otherwise, your insurance won't be renewed.

My family have been with the Farmers Insurance for many many years (over 50). I was concerned when I informed my agent would be changing. I was so impressed with Jessie she took the time to meet me over the phone we had a wonderful conversation and any concerns she was able to answer my questions and give me piece of mind. Recently she made a visit to our home which blew my away, I didn't realize this was a agents practice. We had a family member at our house when Jessie arrived and they comment our agent has never made a visit. My husband and I truly appreciate all the time she has taken to make us feel comfortable with her recommendations. Jessie is so helpful and happily answered all of my questions! I just recently got engaged and wasn't sure if insuring my ring was even possible. She filled me in and told me all of my options. Prior to this she helped me secure my auto, home, and life insurance. It's great knowing that I have everything taken care of, and all in one place.
