Please save yourself a headache and do not use Jung Bae’s insurance services. She is irresponsible and ghosts her clients to when things don’t go right and you have issues. Long story short, she was hired to get us home insurance for our home in the mountains only to have never submitted the signed paperwork and I have been uninsured for 5 months. She never cared to call me for this matter and she never returned any of my calls or emails for over 2 months. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
