I am a local real estate investor who owns multiple rental properties in the Modesto area. Over the years I’ve used a fair number of different companies for my insurance needs. They all start out the same, wanting to please you and tell you what they think you want to hear, then 6 months in they completely forget about you and your just another policy at that point. This is where I am SOOOOO pleased with this office. Lana and her WHOLE staff go above and beyond to ensure that I am happy and take time to explain any questions or concerns that I may have weather it’s with my business, home, auto or life policy. When you call her office someone answers and is happy to help you with whatever it is your calling about. I have been with Lana’s office for about 3 years now and they still treat me as if I’m a potential client that they are trying to sign. Never have I dealt with an insurance agency that has such amazing customer service. The level of professionalism that Lana and her staff use is reminisce of days past when companies valued their customers. That has faded at most agencies, but it is still very much a priority at Lana Clayton Agency. I couldn’t be happier with my insurance and would most definitely recommend that you give them a call. Their rates are very competitive, and their customer service is unmatched!

Lana and her staff have been very professional since we met. She was up front with us and told us she probably couldn't beat our Auto insurance, however could save us on our life insurance, homeowners, etc. She came thru and we are saving a substantial amount of money and the service can't be beat. The people there.. are very very friendly
Very and is very very clean and well kept office...
They were very very helpful.,
And very patient and understanding and seem very eager to help and provide what was needed...

Plus Five stars for The very well kept garden area and beautiful mural on the side of the farmers insurance building..
It was very clean peaceful and relaxing place just to set and enjoy the fountains and wonderful environment...
