I've never received communication back any time I've called or emailed. I have to continually call until I get someone to actually answer the phone. Leaving a message is futile.

I received a new bill for my homeowners policy for an additional $565 3 months after I paid in full. When I finally got through to someone, he said I never paid my CEA policy so I lost bundled rates. A month later, I received the CEA policy bill dated 4 months before it was mailed! My calls to the Bujas office were never returned.

I'm burned out Farmers, but I'd never do business with this agent again.

Had such a great experience with Jim Frye. He is such a joy to speak with and very helpful. He even helped me get pet insurance through Farmers and after speaking about my home, auto,Umbrella and life insurance he helped me save $790 a month . Thank you Jim for your patients and help in getting my auto, home and pet insurance and everything else. You are the best.

Great communications especially when you’re used to speaking with a live person and not a robot. My wife’s car windshield cracked from those rocks on the freeway and I reached out to Mario about fixing it. I thought about maybe I should do it without going through my insurance, the cost was shocking and Mario quoted me the price with Safelite. Mario made the appointment for me almost immediately and I was notified within minutes, set up the appointment and got my wife’s Acura windshield replaced with no hassle at all. If you’re looking for an insurance company, I say go with Mario at Farmers and I recommend all my friends to go there even if you are shopping.

Ive used Mario and Jim for My go to for all insurance needs.
They are so helpful and knowledgeable
When I was purchasing our family car the dealership scared us as their estimated quote for full coverage insurance was ridiculous. I immediately called this team and Jim eased my nerves. He walked me through the process and got the policy sorted out quickly to ensure our vehicles where all covered at a price that was significantly less than the projected amount from the dealership. I use this team to cover our condo as well. All in one place!

Mr Mario Bujas and Mr Jim Frye are "THE BEST IN WEST" insurance professionals around!! THEY are professionals, experienced, experts, exceptional and extraordinary‼️ They are very kind, provide 'excellent' customer service...and treat you like family (which is a great honor)!! This agency is the BEST I have ever experienced since I've relocated to California (1980)‼️
