I have had this agent 3 years. My home, auto, and motorcycle insurance is with them. Last year I emailed to cancel my auto insurance because of the new balloon payment policy. They continued to charge me for 2 more months. I have a $443 bill out of nowhere. I was told I had to cancel online and not by email to them. NICE! GREAT! SCAM!

I don't want to even start on what this office does when they cancel your home insurance. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. I'm sure the owner will write a paragraph below blaming a misunderstanding. That's the only time they communicate is when you leave them. State farm is %10000 better.

Wow now we get a response below from this office. Don't expect them to respond when you need anything. They like to blame everyone but themselves. Worst agent I have EVER had.

We cannot say enough good things about Alondra from Farmers Insurance! She assisted us with auto and general liability insurance and was very prompt and communicative the entire process. She was able to get us very reasonable rates very quickly. Our correspondence with her was very pleasant and professional. After realizing my policy went up I reached out to customer because it was way more than what I was used to paying. I spoke to a customer service agent named Aurora and she was absolutely amazing!! She went through my entire policy with me to figure out why it went up and even checked to see if I qualified for any discounts. She was so kind and patient. She gave very thorough explanations and seemed to really know what she was talking about. 10/10 experience. Good job Aurora!!
