I used to have Rafael Gutierrez as my insurance agent and I highly do not recommend him. He over charges for car insurance and I was smart enough to change my insurance with AAA. It was ALWAYS so hard to get a hold of him. I mean, why should I wait days or even WEEKS to hear back from my insurance? Instead, be smart like me and move with AAA - they know what they're doing and they overcharge you and you can get a hold of someone. 100% do NOT recommend Rafael Gutierrez!

Do not use Rafael Gutierrez as your insurance agent ever. This man was obviously overcharging me on my car insurance policy. How is it that I was paying $287 for one car and I ended up calling AAA to ask for quotes and I was quoted half that price with a better full coverage policy. You can also never get a hold of him specially to cancel your insurance policy. It took me about a week of texting, calling, and emailing to get a reply from him. When I did end up canceling my insurance policy I had to go through farmers customer service and have a representative cancel it for me after they attempted to contact Rafael on my behalf. Then after I paid everything and closed the policy he tried to charge me again for another month and I had to call farmers again to confirm the cancellation. If I could give a 0 star review or negative star review I would but I guess nothing goes the way we want it to.
