I had service with the previous owner of this office for 20 years. He was wonderful but sold the office when he retired. It has been a less than satisfactory change. When Mr Stroud discovered an error in my account he promised me a telephone call with an answer within 2 days. He emphasized this and repeated it 4 or 5 times. After a month I went back in to the office to ask about it. Mr Stroud was unavailable and the receptionist wrote a message. That was 2 weeks ago. Still getting " customer no service". I would definitely not recommend this office. I personally brought the previous owner several clients.

Rob is the best of the best! He is dedicated to all his clients and personally reviews their options and policies with them when needed. He has exceeded our expectations for all our insurance needs.
