Spent over 12 months dealing with Shawn not doing his job. We got charged for our fire insurance under two different policies. He did NOTHING for us over 12 months to help for reimbursement and or to solve the problem. It was his suggestion to double pay and didnt help us solve the initial problem! He brushed my wife off several times saying it just takes so long for him to deal with the fair plan. My wife was asked multiple times for her broker to intermediate and he wouldn't. He came up with excuses and flat out did not do his job and or assist us at all. For a year. We had to pay $3k at Christmas we didn't plan for. We have a new agent that actually figured things out for us within a month. Imagine that Shawn. Highly don't recommend this agent. Terrible unrelenting bad communication and customer service and treatment. Do Not do business with this agent. Farmers is fine. Not Shawn. Next review for you is a complaint with dept of insurance.
