Steven Gleason was the most unprofessional agent I have ever delt with, he was unbelievably rude, kept calling me bro and hung up on me without answering any of my questions.
Just from dealing with this one agent I will cancel my insurance with farmers, I never want anything else to do with them. If you dont want to be treated like scum find a different insurance agent because this guy is a real peice of work.
