Extremely horrible service. They wouldn't insure my home for full replacement because a couple of missing shingles (since replaced) were noted in online pictures. They didn't have the decency to conduct a home inspection; there are no signs of leakage, attic damage, or structural issues. Yet, they wouldn't leave their office to do their jobs. I would not recommend this insurance company. If they can't evaluate a home for coverage, they won't cover you. I've had poor experiences with Farmers before. This office needs a reality check and should do its job or close shop.
