Anyone who complains about the services here baffles me. Manny has over 2000 clients that him and his staff take care of every year. I was referred to Financial Management Inc. by friends and we could NOT be more PLEASED!! If I had paid any attention to the ratings on google I would have missed out on an incredible tax experience. Not only is Manny and his team extremely knowledgeable and professional, they are friendly and kind people. Manny may just be one of the biggest hearted individuals I have ever met. I have worked with other tax services in the past and been so completely dismayed at the lack of care as well as the impatient, nasty attitudes when you have questions. I was able to ask all my questions and my husband and I filed both corporate and personal taxes with ease and a firm sense of trust in this businesses abilities. Everyone responds to calls and emails in such a timely manner. I do not know any business owner who is so quick to respond to emails like Manny. I feel like we were taken under wing and I am so grateful. We got a big refund and got to keep all the money we had set aside for taxes too. What a blessing!! And if you need a local referral for anything under the sun, Manny has a booklet called "I've Got a Guy" and its loaded with excellent resources. This is a man who cares deeply about his community, his staff, his business, and his faith. I was not asked to write this. I just simply wanted to put up a review that counters the other ones because they make no sense to me at all. My neighbors who have used Manny for years RAVED about him and now it is my turn. Carmen and Tracy and the other staff are just as fantastic!! Thank you Financial Management Inc. for being a stellar local service!

I went in on a Tuesday, and Manny sat with me for no more than 10 min while he rushed through my corporation and personal taxes and told me he was to get me a $7000 refund. He never showed me any paperwork and I never signed anything but a check. He told me he was going to be waking up early the following day to finish my personal taxes but he had to go because he had dinner plans with his wife. Two says later, I received paperwork stating that I was receiving a $2808 return. When i asked him about the discrepancy, he told me he didn’t know who told me that and that his company probably a good fit for me. Mind you, the day prior to this issue I received a bill from the IRS for $4k because they messed up my taxes last year.. when I spoke to Manny about this other issue he literally said, “we’re human, we make mistakes... I feel sorry for you.” There is no professionalism or accountability here. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place.

I consulted with Manny Fernandez regarding the purchase of a business. Had I followed his advice, it could have been disastrous for both me and the seller. The attorney he recommended didn't help either (besides being twice the going rate). Fortunately, I consulted a real CPA and a different attorney that put me on the proper path.
