Con artists. They will be reported to BBB. Especially Charles. They wont let you speak to a manager when requesting one. They will charge you interest twice. Stay away.

Absolute most ignorant company I have ever had to deal with and I've never even done any business with these guys they keep sending me garbage in the mail saying I'm going to get a $5,000 loan which isn't going to happen because they're not going to give a loan to someone who literally only has one arm and is on disability You have to call 10 times before you even get into there waiting line and then you'll be lucky if you get someone you can understand Even if I could get a loan I would never get one from this company most unprofessional ignorant slimeball people 4 months and they still have my name and their system and they're still sending me garbage do your research before you deal with these morons

I echo the sentiments of others. They NEVER answer the phone. You have to leave a message, however, they do not return emails or phone calls. If you have a choice then choose another company. One that is accessible to their customers.

Do not use Firestone Financial. They are many other lending institutions that offer better rates and terms and not such a high turnover of staff. The entertainment world deserves a better lender especially during a pandemic. DO NOT USE!
