If I could give no stars I would. Please do not waste your time by reaching out to this company, very unprofessional not sure how a business like this can still be active.

My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Daniel Ibanez while looking to purchase a new health insurance. Not only Daniel was excellent in providing the different options available in the market, but also gave us all the explanations possible to our multiple questions without hesitancy. Furthermore, once we started using the health insurance plans and had trouble trying to understand the benefits, costs, etc. Daniel was ALWAYS AVAILABLE via email or call to address all our issues.

BEWARE: Filled out form online. Was NEVER responded to by ANYONE that said the worked for "First Family Insurance". I have been contacted by 100 people that work for 100 different insurance companies. My phone wont stop going off with calls and text messages since the very moment I filled out their "Contact Us" form online. Immediately sold my information to every Insurance company in the state of Florida, and never even reached out to me. DO NOT give them your information.

not sure if i have been scammed or not no e-mails to confirm my Medicare coverage was on the phone for 45 minutes and promised that I would get e-mail confirmation nothing yet kind of concerned several phone calls and have to leave messages! 🙁

What a racket, Chris Richer sold me a policy for my wife and I that was to replace our two seperate policies. Turns out my wife didn't get approved and he never told me to cancel my old policy so we've now got 3 policies that are all basically worthless but cost over $1400/mo. Chris tells me "I'll call you tomorrow EVERYTIME I call or text and he won't answer the phone. Go else where for your insurance!!!

I just recieved a call from First Family saying they would like help me with my health insurance needs. I mentioned I was making funeral arrangements at the moment and they simply hung up on me. Not even an Im sorry, may we call back at a better time. They just hung up on me.
