I was visiting from out of town. Went to ATM and got cash. Paid their fee. That’s all normal. Then, I went inside to ask if I could get some rolled coins. I was told “you have to be a bank member to get rolled coins”. I said, “really? I just wanted 1 roll of nickels”. I was told, “You have to be a member. Good day”. I drove down the street and went in another bank. They told me I could have as many rolled coins as I wanted. I told them about this place and we all had a good laugh about how unhelpful they were.

Great bank! Very personable and friendly. And their advice and ability to get things done is way above par. Summerlynn helped my dad adjust his accounts as his trust made some changes. She was very responsive as his needs subsequently changed. I couldn't ask for better!

Employees were rude. I tried to contact a supervisor and it turns out she was one of the rude women I dealt with (she never returned my call). Closed my bank account and went somewhere else. Too many banks in this area to put up with that nonsense.
