Customer service is awful. They charge a fee for online or phone payments, but don't send bills in time for customers to mail a check on time. Billing/accounting department is basically non-existent, the people answering the phone are only capable of taking payments. Any other concerns need to be followed up with a manager? I agree with the other review - just pay in full if you can (we're a very small business so we cannot). We didn't choose this company - they were handed our policy by a broker. Will ask to switch away from them next renewal.

Horrible customer service, I needed to change my payment method. So Two times I have "printed signed scanned and emailed back to them" their form to fill out for that ...and after many calls, they say they never got it and I need to do it again ...hello there is sensitive banking info on those forms I've already filled out Twice !! ...and their just losing it!!! ...I still can't get hold of anyone to simply change payment method can we say INCOMPETENCE

We used this company for financing insurance policy for my general liability. I filled out the paperwork for the down payment and elected for a reoccurring payment and I get a letter in the mail 30 days later stating that the payment is overdue and they’re going to cancel me. Save yourself time and just pay for the policy in full. Less headache than dealing with this company and their incompetence .

Talked to two different operators absolutely rude! Got even more upset when I said I’m going to pay my bill in full I will not use this company ever again. Absolute no customer retention with this facility.

Never had an issue with them. Their website is easy to navigate and I've never had to try to call a customer service number. They don't charge a late fee immediately which is nice. They give a few day grace period.
