Kyla, the branch manager at this location, is the one who got me in the door. I was a customer of hers when she worked at a different (now-defunct) financial institution. After that bank closed, I had been unable to find someone so thorough and so organized to work with on my banking needs. Now-a-days, I love stopping into the branch in general, and have had a pleasant experience with everyone each time, but it's always extra special when Kyla is in-office and we get to chat for a few minutes.

I sent a certified check to my son in Wa. St. and he lost it after signing it. I went to the bank in Falling Waters and Charlie helped me get everything straightened out. She spent a long time and many phone calls and forms to do it, but she did it. She got the check stopped and money returned and then wired to my son that day. It was a very stressful situation and she made it right. I think everyone at the bank that helped her and would highly recommend this bank. We have used this bank for years. Thanks!!
