Auburn Branch:
Great customer service with a local feel. Some of the tellers even used to greet me by name when I walk in the door. I'm downgrading my rating because they've had a lot of turnover lately and lost a lot of the personal touch that I used to love so much.

They know your name. Even when they're busy they say hi and most times bye. Everyone is friendly..I think I will continue doing my banking with them. Haha I've been banking with them ever since a scotty account for my nephew and he's at Cal Poly now, even before then. Long time.
