In all my years of purchasing vehicles this was by far the easiest I've ever done. Not only did I purchase a vehicle from another state which adds to the stress five star and Angie was there to help the whole way through. Their rating is in their name I give them nothing but five stars. Kris

Everytime I come into the 5 star credit union on Murphy Mill, I consider changing to another credit union. Maybe even an actual bank. ITMs no help...walk in and wait awhile...no help. Today I was waiting for 20 mins and needed to get to an appointment. All I needed to do was deposit a check. If I deposit it any other way it gets a 5 to 10 day hold. And the excuses.. I don't want to here them anymore. Poor poor lobby service.

I have been a member of Five Star Credit Union for almost 15 years, and have no regrets. I love online banking, the express loans, and being able to sign e documents without going into a branch. I was struggling to get refinancing on an auto loan, and Kimberly Stull, and the ladies in the consumer loans department were very helpful and receptive . I know I was very aggrevating every step of the way. Kimberly was super responsive, prompt, polite, and resourceful. I wanted to share my gratitude!
