We had a wonderful experience with this company. From the communication, to all the workers that came out to our house, they were extremely professional and on top of it. We are so happy with our kitchen, downstairs bathroom and laundry room remodel after a sewage clog and flood. Mikhail, Anthony and Adrian did amazing work, and Tim was absolutely incredible. The most helpful, hardworking, and thorough man! I cannot recommend these guys enough. We have been so impressed, and happy with their work.

5 Star came to my rescue after l had water damage to both the first and second floors of my home. I had a great experience with Five Star Restoration! A pipe broke and flooded downstairs requiring new floors and my insurance company put me in touch with Five Star. I decided this was a good opportunity to do a remodel of the whole house and I got bids from several contractors. Five Star gave me the best price for the entire project. Over four weeks, they completed painting the entire house, laminate floors throughout, new base boards and some tile work. Everyone coming into my home was pleasant and professional and the work was done beautifully! Any small issues (which are to be expected on a job this size) were resolved immediately and were inconsequential. Communication was great throughout and they were super respectful of my space as I was living at home while all of this was going on. The office staff were also super pleasant to work with! I will definitely hire them again in the future and it was a great experience overall.

We had a great experience with Five Star Restoration! We discovered the leak in our bathroom on a weekend, and they sent someone out that same day to pull up the wet floor and set up the dehumidifier. Steve was our project manager and we enjoyed working with him. He was helpful and a pleasure to work with, and he always responded right away when we had questions. We now have a beautiful new shower and bathroom floor, as well as new sink and countertop! I would definitely recommend Five Star Restoration, and we would contract with them again.

My refrigerator line had been leaking, causing water damage. I contacted my insurance company, and they sent over a company, but nothing got done. I contacted my insurance again. They recommended Kustom Leo come over for an inspection. He explained to us everything and a couple of weeks later Leo, Jack, and Adule demoed out my whole kitchen were, very fast and efficiently thank you, Neil, for coordinating everything.

I’ll be honest… I put a screw into a pipe that caused a slow leak for 3 months into my kitchen. In my defense the builder secured said pipe to the stud I was attempting to drill into. so it’s not really my fault….

With that said Five Star did a great job. The quality of the work was great and we had very little issues. As with any job, hiccups arise. Five star was responsive and attentive to our needs. They worked with our budget and really helped us repair our kitchen to an even better kitchen than we had prior.

I have nothing negative to say about Five Star. They did a great job.

My wife was piiiiiiiised when I struck that pipe…. But she’s whistling a different tune now with that new dream kitchen!!!! Thanks Five Star!
