Not one to answer cold calls but when I received one from Florida Regional Insurance I decided to give them the time of day. They immediately started off by asking if I was interested in saving on my home and auto insurance and as any normal person would react, I told them yes. Normally when things sound too good to be true I would hang up but I gave the agent, Kyle Proctor, the chance to explain. After a few minutes of conversation, i was hooked. From the very first phone call I got the impression that customer service was a number one priority for this group and since that day i have not been disappointed. Besides getting my rates lowered, if i ever have an issue or I need some questions answered I know the agent will be there to answer my phone call and help me with whats needed. Highly recommended.

Wish it came with more stars, what I can say I experienced today was one of the quickest and best insurance agent I've ever dealt with. Mike is very pleasant and knows what he's doing, after a long weekend of figuring out what insurance company I should go with he took care of my issue in 30 minutes, myself, mom and sister was very happy with the quote we got because it was bottom line cheaper than geico or wherever else we called, Mike I really appreciated your time,thank you very much. 🤗🤗🤗

I had the worst experience with this company. My entire family (parents and sister) switched to this agency for our insurance with the lure of lower premiums on our insurance. What resulted was all of us with higher premiums and horrible horrible customer service. Mike Juarez was the worst agent I have ever dealt with. He would not respond to emails in a timely manner and when I asked for changes to my policy, I would have to email a manager to even a get reply from him. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Samuel Shiwgobind helped me get the best, affordable policy when I thought for sure I would be price gauged. When that policy rejected me after, he found me an even better policy! I’ve never been happier to pay for car insurance . Everyone there is super helpful and work with you to get everything moving along and done .

Prior to becoming a customer of Florida Regional Insurance & Mr. Mike Juarez, I would shop my own insurance via the internet and would pay such high amounts for not-the-best coverage. And then Mike happened! He took his time with me and explained all the coverages in detail and shopped 20 companies to get my husband and I the best rate possible. We’ve been customers ever since! Even more so, now we have a homeowners insurance policy with them as well!! Thank you to Florida Regional Insurance and Mike Juarez!

They gave me a quote to leave my insurance company I was with for a long time at really great rates. Come to find out that at my first renewal my rates skyrocketed higher than my old company! Then they made it difficult to cancel when I went back to my company!

I was having trouble with my current insurance rates, as they continued to increase. Going to Florida regional was the best choice I made. They found rates for both vehicles that were much lower than what I was paying. I have no complaints!
