4 years ago, this agency was recommended to me by my father after my previous agency relocated too far away. Turned out to be a great decision (thanks Dad!). Since the change, I have purchased 3 cars and Steve Palenscar has handled just about all of the painful RMV tasks that I have normally had to deal with. That includes having one of his guys wait in line at the RMV to get my plate for me! The 3rd and most recent vehicle purchase is what prompted me to write this review. I purchased a salvage (aka. totalled) car from an auction in Georgia, and soon learned that getting an out of state salvage car legally registered in MA is quite an ordeal. As always, I have been able to email Steve for help and advice and typically get all my complex questions answered in a day. I was given a simple set of tasks to complete, and he will handle all the rest. I cannot recommend this agency enough.
