I recently visited Foothill Federal Credit Union to do co-op banking, and I had a fantastic experience! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, smiley, and eager to help. It truly made the whole process easy and pleasant.

Although I don't qualify to become a member, I would sign up in a heartbeat if I could! For now, I'll continue to support them through co-op banking. I highly recommend this branch to anyone considering opening an account with a credit union. You won’t be disappointed!

Been going to this location for years, even got my family going here now as well. Absolutely love this bank. Always friendly and helpful. Always parking available, even when they’re busy I don’t wait long. ATM outside, very clean inside, love the coinstar machine they have inside. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Wish they had more locations further east.

I just recently switched over to FFCU & as soon as I stepped foot inside their office I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly & casual but professional. The only downside is they don't have enough chairs to lounge all day in there cause I totally would.

My most recent visit was at the Covina branch but I've been to all of them and I've never had a bad experience. My main account is at the Arcadia branch. Excellent customer service at all of them. All of my kids have at least one account at with this credit union. My youngest daughter is in Washington state with her husband who is in the Navy and she continues to keep her FCU account! I've been able to easily transfer money to her account for gifts or for the grandchildren. I'll never change.

Foothill staff is very helpful with all my need and
Questions. Iwas easily able to appt for loans and application was quickly process over the phone They managed to get mod of my information due to the fact they hate most of my information because we have accounts with Foothill. I have recommended Foothill to three family members and they are happy too.

I Love FCU!
I hate that the covina branch doesn't open on Saturdays!!(very disappointed) with gas prices so high again and having to travel so much further to Arcadia or San dimas to handle business is quite an inconvenience, please open Saturdays! please!! please!! please!!
