UPDATE: I was absolutely awful to these people. I take full responsibility for my rude actions. They were nothing but kind to me and I left them a bad review. These people are phenomenal and put up with my toxicity. The world needs more people like them. God teaches us to be kind to those who hate us and they did just that. They showed me kindness even though I was rude. I leave a five star review for showing me grace and empathy. I appreciate them forgiving me for my evil. If you want postal services, come to this location. They are kind and loving servants of Jesus.

This place charges very high prices. Today I was charged priority mail prices for two envelopes because I had cut up a priority mail label until it was just a white label with no priority mail words on it. I did it because I had no stick on labels to use. They are not reasonable people. They also refused book rate even enough one envelope contained books. I definitely will not use this place again. They used to be reasonable and gave good customer service. Now they are just greedy.

They are the friendliest people in town. I always love their customer service. They can ship Anything, Anywhere. I have my mailbox there too. Great price for great service. Lisa and her hubby, and their dog, always greet me by name. Great place.

Great people, excellent service, no need to go to national chain shop. One little tip - they have the latest US Postal Service pickup around. 4:45 if memory is correct. Very convenient when you need to get something into the mail in a hurry.

Great experience! I was a bit hesitant since I was running a sensitive, passport-related errand — took me a second to deliberate whether or not to go to a USPS. I’ve never run into issues there and had a slight fear of trying something new and missing something, but my goodness: Foothill is the tops.

I generally don’t find the need to ship things often, but I’m going to Foothill P&S for all my future shipping needs!

The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, and informed....during a pandemic no less.

Have no fear. They’ll get what you need shipped without having to drive miles out of the way. Conveniently located and appropriately rated at the top of the list of local options — I ship it!

I have been coming to this business for years and the lady who works there is extremely nice and professional. However, her husband is a vey unpleasant and unprofessional person. He is always in a bad mood every time I have had an encounter with him and seems to hate dealing with the public. He should probably find a different job where he doesn't have to deal with the public or maybe get some therapy. I will never go back to this business again.

The people at the foothill and shipping center are very good. They very outgoing people and they're right there to help you no matter whatever you're doing. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
