I have been with Foothills Bank for several years now. They are literally THE BEST local bank around. They make efforts to remember your name, to ensure issues are resolved and really give the local small town feel. They support local non profits and have integrated into our community. They are not just a bank, they are part of our community. Thank you Foothills Bank staff!!

I should’ve read the reviews before even applying for a business account. The best thing this place said to me was “no”. Went over to another bank and had a business account set up the next day that generates 3.5% interest. Foothills made it almost impossible for my small business to get an account there and made me feel like I was not good enough for them! Do not use this bank! There is One in AZ (hint hint) that treats their customers with Respect! Go there instead.

Don't use your card after 8 Pm. You won't be able to use your card or transfer Money. I got stuck not paying a food bill with my foothills debit card. The card did not work and customer service left me on hold over 45 minutes. Their system went down and I was left on hold I'm taking my money out of this bank. They don't value the person leaving money in their bank. I will find another bank.
