This is a lovely store with beautiful yarns. The owner is wonderfully knowledgeabl, helpful, and enthusiastic, but also maybe too good a sales person. Last summer and this summer I was looking for a light weight fiber for a summer cardigan. Last summer I walked out with silk, this summer with wool. Stay focused people :))

Absolutely loved my experience at Forever Yarn! It’s an amazing, quaint store fully loaded with stunning yarn hand picked by the owner. I traveled from Illinois with great anticipation of this specific stop on my trip. Once inside, the people inside were as lovely as the yarns. They were eager to help, knowledgeable about the selections, and kind! It’s definitely the type of quaintness that makes you want to pull out your needles and sit for a bit to knit (no, I originally did not mean for that to come out as a rhyme!) It’s a destination stop for any yarn lover for sure. It was first recommended to me through a knitter in Denmark! She said it was one of her two favorite stores in the United States. Pretty amazing considering all the European yarn suppliers. So, if you are a fiber artist, and you have the opportunity to visit, I think you will find it enchanting.

Forever Yarn is the BEST yarn shop. Yan and Joan are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with types of yarns and what goes with what. I've been going here for years and I always feel like family with the shop's warm atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to any crocheter or knitter!

I like to visit local yarn stores when I travel and happened to be in Doylestown for an event so I visited Forever Yarn. What I expected to be a 20 minute browse through the store and maybe picking up a local skein or two turned into 2 hours of casting on and knitting with the absolutely lovely ladies there. The owner greeted me and gave me a wonderful tour of the shop which proved she has not only a phenomenal knowledge of her inventory but also an amazing eye for design and styling. Then when I was browsing towards the back where there is a communal table setup for local knitters to sit and work on projects together they struck up a conversation with me and proceeded to invite me to join them. The owner wound up one of the skeins I was purchasing for me to swatch the project that they helped me pick out.

It was such a true feeling of community watching as they helped each other and talked through the next steps on their own projects and also talking about life and other non-yarn purchases. I thanked them profusely and told them over and over how I wish there was such a welcoming space like this one by my house. I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful women there, they made my weekend!

I HIGHLY recommend visiting Forever Yarn if you are anywhere near Doylestown. I'm seriously considering making the drive for their makers market this summer.

Forever Yarn has been a wonderful find!! I arranged a private knitting lesson for my son and he loved it! The owner was his instructor. She taught him with patience and kindness and gave him confidence in his new found ability to knit. He felt so happy that we returned a few weeks later so he could knit along with others at the knitting table. Everyone was welcoming to him and he plans to keep returning to Forever Yarn. Great place! Great people!

What a lovely yarn shop! I stopped in because I was in the area - I was a little hesitant given some of the reviews but the store was wonderful. Everyone was super welcoming (they were just starting a live streaming event but still let me in to shop) and very helpful. Lovely yarn - I didn't have a lot of time but had enough to buy some La Bien Aimee yarn for a sweater - and received some help finding the perfect shade to go with a beautiful skein of mohair. Definitely worth the trip from where I live (an hour away) and I'll be back. I'm not sure what the negative reviews were about but would recommend the shop and recommend that you try it.

I went in today just 15 minutes before closing, and still felt so welcome! The owner was not there, but Joan was, and she was so excited about all of the fibers and the samples Forever Yarn had to offer! She told me that this was a great place to learn new skills and to make gorgeous apparel since Yan, the owner, works with all of her clients to insure that their projects come out well. Joan also mentioned that Forever Yarn is a great place to make new friends, and I have no doubt! It’s one of those places that stir up your created juices the minute that you enter, and make you want to stay and make everything! I cannot wait to figure out my first project at the shop! I’m thinking about that Cashmere cowl.....
