We're great in the beginning selling me on three insurance policies, but awful when it came to helping me with huge issues that I had with Nationwide. Very lackadaisical and lacking a sense of urgency. Said they would call, never did and then just stopped responding. How unprofessional.

Foundation insurance is the only insurance company I would ever recommend. Jeff and his staff are the best. They are always available to answer any questions I have. I started moving some my insurance business over to them 4 years ago and now I have all my business with them. I found other companies I was with for years, kept going up on my rates and not shopping for best prices. Every year when I come up for renewal Foundation always shops for the best price and best rated policy for my needs. Can not recommend them enough.
