I wish I could list 10 stars! Working with Tim and Foundation insurance Group has been an exceptional experience all around. I originally wanted a review on some of my policies to make sure my prices and coverage were up to par with my needs. Tim was quick, transparent, and professional in letting me know where he was able to get me more value for my policy, and even advised me for the future.

What really WOW'd me though was my experience yesterday! I was finalizing the details of a vehicle purchase that I didn't anticipate purchasing for another couple of days. As it turned out - I was able to buy it on the spot, and had to quickly find a solution to have it insured to drive it off the lot. Tim assisted me at the end of his day, with no prior notice, and made sure I had the coverage I needed to walk out of there with my new vehicle. I was blown away!

Very friendly and extremely professional, Kelly went above and beyond to get me the coverage I needed. She was very patient as she walked me through the process, even staying on with me after quitting time on a Friday to make sure I was taken care of. FANTASTIC Customer Service! They always send what I need within a few hours, and on one occasion they missed a few insurance requests I had sent in. I called our account manager, and the issue was taken care of immediately. 3 People called to explain the mishap and were honest about the situation- and that meant more to me than giving me some excuse for it taking so long. Their rates are very competitive and I love working with a company where I can get a hold of someone immediately. Highly recommend!
