We've lived at Waterstone for a whole year. It's safe, the neighbors are friendly. I often go to the leasing center and everyone is friendly and beautiful. They even have food for the dog. Any trouble in my home can be repaired by the property management, and Mr.Ego is always quick to come to the door to solve the problem. I used to be in charge of Mr.Leo and Mr.Lonnie. I often got help from them. I liked their friendliness very much. I'm very comfortable in Water stone.

My apartment was unfinished when I moved in smoke stains. The cleaners did a horrible job maintenance came today with paint and to fill in the holes in the wall that wasn’t fixed prior to move in so me as the tenant I am stuck painting my own unit if I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This experience has been horrifying

I lived at Webster Court in Kent, Wa from January 23rd 2024 to July 22nd 2024(6mth lease) Unorganized at Webster Court and FPI. First of all it shouldn't take 2 mths to find out if I got the apartment (#203). To pay rent thru Domuso which are a rip off. Pay with a check and ask for receipt each time ,also get a copy of your lease and anything else. Do video of when you move in,move out, walk thru also. In July someone decided to set the fire alarm 3 times in a week in early morning hours. I would not recommend this place or FPI if they manage any other place. I gave plenty of notice that I wasn't going to renew my lease. Late June the female in the office I asked her what my prorate for rent is for July 23rd and she gave me a number so I wrote a check for more that amount little bit later. In July days later I get a note saying I owe more but it didn't have my name on it but someone else but right apartment. The office manager wasn't paying attention to who actually lives there,me. When I moved out and 30 days later I got a check for the security deposit and reason for why the deductions. There was a $290 for owing rest of rent dates saying July 1 to 31. False ,I payed the prorate cause my lease ended July22. The manager again not paying attention. To call the office no one anwers ,you have to leave a message. Got afew emails.Tired of the run aroundI had someone call who owns 3 homes and rents them out. The manager then tells the person they see the mistake and gave an excuse of being shorthanded and if i dont see the check in 2 weeks call them. Which i did. Last week September 23rd i got the $290. I was about to get ahold of the Better Business Bureau or small claims. Hotels i was staying in until i found a place were more organized.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!!!! We are renting in South Florida, we have been dealing with a roof leak for a year now. We have asked maintenance they looked at it and told us it was not water. Fast forward a year later for 20 days now the rain has been horrible since we are prime time for hurricane seasons, and summer rain. The popcorn on the ceiling started to fall off and the walls were reading 50-85% moisture. After days of complaining they finally got the roofing company out to fix the leak in the roof, now we are dealing with mold, we did our own mold testing it showed mold, we notified the front office they brought out their own company who 5 days later brought out a dehumidifier and did a carpet cleaning, along with a remediation company to do their work up. We asked for a copy of the work up and that is now not able to be given, the front office at this complex is absolutely no help. Now we are stuck waiting two weeks to hear from corporate after leaving multiple messages and phone calls and emails with no response. We have a 20 month old in a one bedroom apartment filled with mold. The front office told us we would hear from corporate regarding a transfer and still have yet to hear anything. PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY it’s nothing but problems.

To my fellow renters , I need to share the appalling experience I’ve had with FPI Management in hopes that no one else has to endure the same. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost five years, and while I’ve had my share of issues, this current situation takes the cake.

It all started about 8 months ago when I noticed a small leak coming from my bathtub. I put in a service request right away. The supervisor came out multiple times, insisting there was no issue and no crack to be found – as if I was making it up! I knew something was wrong, but I trusted their process and hoped they’d eventually resolve it.

Fast forward to 16 days ago, when I called maintenance again because the leak had worsened dramatically. This time, a maintenance employee finally identified the source – a cracked floor in the bathtub, something I suspected all along. After he confirmed the issue, I was told someone would be out to fix it the next day. Days turned into weeks, and no one showed up. I followed up multiple times, only to be told that they’d come “tomorrow” – which never happened.

Now, 16 days after the initial confirmation, someone finally came today. But instead of providing a real solution, the maintenance worker proceeded to put thick tape over the crack and told me it should now be usable. I was stunned. Tape?! On a leaking bathtub?! When I objected, he said it was only a “temporary fix” for a couple of days – but it’s already been months since I first reported the problem!

Imagine how much mold and water damage might be lurking underneath that bathtub after all these months of neglect. And this is their solution? A taped-up bathtub that I’m supposed to use?

I am beyond frustrated with the way FPI Management treats their tenants. Five years of paying rent on time, and this is the kind of treatment I receive? It’s infuriating to be ignored for months and then offered a slapdash “fix” that no one in their right mind would accept.

I’m sharing this here so others are aware of the issues I’ve faced. If you’ve experienced something similar, please speak up. This type of negligence shouldn’t be tolerated, and I plan to escalate this to FPI Management’s corporate office.

Enough is enough. We deserve better as tenants. If this company expects us to uphold our end of the lease, they should do the same
So make things clearer I am speaking of The Verge @8000 Reno Nevada

Carmine, the maintenance technician at Vintage at Seven Hills Apts is extremely efficient and fast with a positive demeanor. She replaced my 4 bathroom bulbs and 3 livingroom blinds within 10 minutes. She deserves a raise.

Windsor Ridge is a beautiful complex. Manager Tonya and Maintenance staff David have been nothing but kind and efficient regarding my son’s special needs and responding to our maintenance requests. It was hard for me to adjust to my autistic son living away from home since he is nonverbal and has 24/7 staff for his apartment but the place seems quiet and safe and that’s a huge consideration as we get older and he needs to be more independent from us. Thanks, Windsor Ridge!

Only thing consistent with this property Managment is how often the change property Managment legally not reasonable for so many things; and how steadily rent amount has small insignificant changes enough to. False amenities advertisement, pool hasn’t been open for the last 3 years.they now only have 1 pool accessible. Two or filled and covered with artificial grass. Fraudulent charges. Work Orders are being falsely marked as completed. I’ve been submitting same work orders for the past 2 years. It is pet friendly, but does not have an official staff member to maintain pet feces off grounds. And do not properly clean and disinfect vacant Apts with pets. include black mold. Pet friendly property; I do not have pets but am consistently dealing w upstairs neighbors who neglect their pets and leave them out on balcony for hours on end. Leaving me to w urine and feces dripping through. Although I have submitted maintenance work orders to clean balconies Nothing is ever done to clean up balcony .Every issue is completely ignored. I cannot move because of economics. Very Unsanitary place to live. Do not recommend if you have any option to move anywhere else.
