Would not recommend with all due respect. Neil only agreed to meet at times convenient to him and have been told they charge for phone calls if you have any questions. Bridget never replied to any questions about tax services I have. Don't live up to their promises and leave you hanging. Much better services out there save your time while you can. God bless!

EDIT: cannot reply to their response to this message, but they absolutely know who i am. reached out in mid 2024 for tax services, followed up with 2 of their representatives over 4 times and never heard a response. "we will be in touch", and today is April 15th they never once reached out. if i had waited for them to fulfill their services I'd be stuck in a terrible spot right now. I'd recommend working with people who value you as a customer and don't make you be the one to follow up on the services YOU paid for. it doesn't matter if i'm located in CA either, you've clearly stated multiple times you work with clients all over the us, including what you claimed you'd do for me.

Hired this company about a year ago with certain expectations discussed prior to hiring them. The company did not deliver what they promised. We were sent between several different personnel who work for the office who could not seem to communicate timely and effectively with each other.

The accountants were not able to complete services they agreed to complete, and we ended up owing around 20k for a service they agreed to perform but then did not perform. Thankfully we had the money to do so when we suddenly found out what was owed.

I wrote an email expressing my concerns to the owner who was quick to just let us go as a client (with about 5 minutes of reviewing the case before responding to us and letting us go) it shows their lack of interest in retaining clients or actually addressing issues within their own company. Poor customer service.

I would highly recommend seeking services elsewhere.

I never leave reviews but feel like I need to with my experience with Neil Fradin. I recently reached out to get some assistance with my online business. I contacted Mr. Fradin last week and had not hear back so sent him a follow up e-mail today and he responded with "REMOVE ME" and nothing else. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere for help with your books.
