I purchased my Homeowners policy through Fred almost 10 years ago. About 5 years ago I had Fred take care of my rental properties as well. I re-evaluate my policies about every 2 years, and Fred is always able to save me a few dollars. So far I haven't had any issues contacting Fred, either through phone or email. I hope his responsiveness continues through the years. He's definitely worth a call if you want to look into pricing different policies and policy options.

We had Frederick H. DiMeo Insurance Agency as our rep for insurance for several years, and I'm not sure why we stuck with them for as long as we did. I don't know what this company does that you can't do on your own when it comes to setting up a policy or navigating the bureaucracy of a claim. When our roof was damaged by high winds a few years ago, I reached out to the agency for some assistance. No one within the company called me back. We had some trouble with our insurance as of recent and the agency never offered us help or guidance when we reached out. I'm not sure what this company does to help its clients. We ended up calling AAA and USAA ourselves, got plenty of help through their customer service agents, and set up a home policy with AAA.

I have had home owner's insurance through Fred's agency since quite a few years. Recently I changed it to a different insurance company through same agency. I found Fred to be a very professional agent. I did not see any marketing tactics from him. He is very straightforward and gets you the best possible rate from a quality insurance companies. I would recommend him and his agency to anyone for any insurance needs.

Fred is an awesome agent. I was in escrow for a house in the Willow Glen area and unexpectedly needed the dreaded flood insurance ASAP. Fred's efforts to deal with FEMA (involved in all flood insurance, sadly) were nothing short of heroic. He made it happen, and got me through all of it. At an affordable price, no less! I also switched my homeowners insurance to him, from AAA. They couldn't even touch his quote. Now I'm switching my auto insurance to him too. Why not? I get better rates, fantastic service, and I'm dealing with a human instead of a website. I like giving my business to a local small businessman, instead of a monster corp. that doesn't return phone calls. Highly recommended! I'm so glad I found him, and you will be, too. I'm sending all my friends to him from now on.

I like Fred become my agent. Even though this is my first time to go over those auto/home policy application processes, it has been a very pleasure without any pressure experience. I did all paper work via online, it was very convenient and effective. Sometimes I asked him the questions whenever I did have, he answered me right away without any delay. according to his information list, I prepared the documents he asked, I got very accurate quotes, really accurate. At first I couldn't believe those, I kept asking if these were the final prices. This was amazing. Comparison with other agents's quotes, after underwriting, Fred's quote was the most accurate (I did at least 15 quotes). I really can say, Fred is very accountable agent, who is serious taking customer inquiry, effective time management, caring for his client, can consider from client's aspects.
