I feel sorry for anybody that has to deal with this company. They dragged my claim on for nine months. When I tried to complain to the claim managers supervisor, they wouldn’t give me any contact information. My claims manager was Allie Morler. She repeatedly bargained in bad faith, and was nothing but full of lies and deceit. Absolute crooks!

Randy Ferguson is correct. It's been one screw job after another since my work injury. Mileage checks are overdue, one legally overdue (incurring a 15% penalty). They could easily have helped me go after the owner of the faulty equipment that was the cause of all this and get all their money back, but they'd rather be tools about everything and pay me penalties for late payments etc... Why no one has bulldozed their building is beyond me. They need to be taught not to screw with people during difficult times.

They are thieves. They don't care about the ones they are supposed to help. Cut my check out bc of what Dr swillie who is also a crook put in my chart. Now I'm not cleared to go back to work and no longer get a check so I have no money to pay bills and keep my family a float. Ty you greedy S.O.B'S NOW my family will be with lights and water within 2 weeks plus put me further in debt bc I got hurt on the job due to equipment malfunction. I hope you suffer the same fate you have bestowed on me and my family

If you're a medical provider, DO NOT EVER accept a claim from this company. Go to PISSED CONSUMER and read the 469 complaints and the 1.1 million in unpaid claims. They will LIE to your face and good luck in trying to get someone to call you back. The absolute worse Work Comp company in the US. I love to help people with their medical issues but can't work for free. I've turned away 3 patients from this company in the last 3 months and told them to tell their employers to investigate this company and stop throwing their money away.

I have dealt with this company many times. By far the worst worker's compensation company I have ever dealt with in 20 years. Constantly fails to pay clients their expense money on time, fails to return calls, and fails to work claims. I think they intentionally drag out to harm injured workers. The phone numbers they have online are usually wrong, and their phone system hangs up on you constantly. Dealing with them has always been difficult in my cases.

The worst customer service , follow up, follow through and communication of any business on any level that I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to do business. with. In the process at this moment of making contact with the Alabama Insurance Commission. Going on 4 weeks trying to get an adjuster sent to look at a car that has been sitting in a body shop . Gallagher Bassett sent a letter on August 22nd confirming coverage and it is now the 9th of September and the company does not communicate and has had zero communication with the body shop. Gina Davis with Gallagher Bassett does nothing to solve the problem. This is the first business I have ever seen with almost nothing but 1 star reviews.

Absolutely horrible company! They will do all they can not to pay a claim!! You better have video of the incident or your out of luck!!
