The person I spoke with wasn't professional. He insisted that I pay for the health insurance that he just described to me for 20 minutes, and it was from an insurance company that I never heard of in the past. I told him that I wanted to look this over for a day or two because this was all new to me. He insisted that I pay today, and that I could make changes later. I told him that I feel as though I just walked into a used car dealership and was getting the high pressure sales tactics. His response was that people buy cars all the time. I then told him again that I wanted to go over this for a day or two, then call him back, or he can call me back. He hung up on me. I then went over to their listed address, 8136 Old Keene Mill Road, and they DO NOT have an office here. I went back home and called back. I asked the next agent why the first agent hung up on me after I didn't immediately purchase insurance from him. I also asked why their office didn't exist. He said that their office is in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He then hung up on me. On to the next agent.
