Wow! GBR has been, by far, the best property management company I’ve worked with in 18 years of renting.
Dallas, Cassie, and Tiffany are all fantastic! I had to move from my home of 5 years due to the owner selling it, and found a GBR property available for rent. I was already working with two other companies and had pending applications, but after 3+ weeks of no responses to any questions (emails and calls) from one and general lack of professionalism from the other, I wasn’t expecting much.
I found the exact opposite. The entire GBR team is warm, responsive, and professional - Cassie went out of her way to get me a tour of the home super fast - even though there were already multiple applications on it! (Oh, side note, I LOVE that they take the most qualified applicant for the home, not necessarily the first. I work a lot! I don’t have time to refresh Zillow every 5 minutes!)
They responded immediately when I reached out to check on the status (because I was offered another place by a company that I didn’t like as much). Then reached out the next day to let me know the owner had chosen our application! Start to finish - 1 week, overwhelmingly positive experience each time. Yes, I loved the house, but I really decided to rent the GBR home because of the people.
Thanks GBR team for turning a challenging and stressful situation (having a deadline to move a family in a crazy rental market) into something positive and exciting! You guys are amazing!

We rented a property from GBR for a little over a year (2017-2018) and had a wonderful experience. All of our calls and emails to GBR were returned promptly and our issues handled courteously and professionally.

The vendors GBR utilizes are also quite amicable as well as knowledgeable.

Online payments without an additional "convenience charge" is also a bit of a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible. Very unprofessional employees and business that likes to wait about two weeks to let you know you have been denied. Extremely qualified for the house we inquired on and still was denied. Let us know over a very vague and extremely unprofessional message that we didn't meet standards. Well I highly doubt that. Seems like a company that likes to scam for app fees! Very sad property management company for the Sacramento region!
