They've finally added customer seating to help with the abysmal wait times.

The ladies here usually provide excellent customer service, which helps with the fact you'll be hanging around for about an hour just to interact with a point of sale.

GCI in Bethel has terrible customer service almost as bad as they're internet and alleged 4 G data services. The employees I've dealt with were rude and somewhat entitled. They know they're the only game in town and they act accordingly. At least most of them do especially the ones that work in the store. I had one who actually told me to Google a solution to the problem my phone was having because she had no idea how to fix it. At any rate they won't be the only provider out here forever and when another comes along the exodus will be epic...

It's the only Mobile Device store in Bethel with no competitive stores available, if you want another Mobile device plan that's out of
Bethel AT&T is your other option but it'll have to be a telephonic order.
