An insurance company feel as if they are a part of your family? I know that is almost unheard of in this technology driven and often impersonal world we live in. However, it absolutely applies to GDI insurance and its employees. They helped me through tremendous roof damage after the wet winter we had a couple of years ago, and gave me excellent and reasonable coverage for my new home and my cars. Most recently, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from them when they learned I had a serious illness, as well as occasional inquiries to see how I was doing and if there was anything they could do to help. When Scott Smith took on another position within the company, he turned my account over to Marissa Fernandez. While I hated losing the insurance agent I'd come to know and trust, I now feel like I am doubly blessed. Marissa is always quick to respond and will go out of her way to find you the best and most reasonably priced insurance, while also having the same personal touch that Scott has. I feel like my most expensive possessions are truly in the best of hands with GDI insurance and its amazing employees. Couldn't be more satisfied!
