I think it's time to shop around because their prices are getting insane. I got 3 cars on the policy, one having full coverage and all three cars are 12-15 years old. Haven't had a ticket in YEARS and only ONE claim. Don't get me started on the claim because they definitely UNDERPAY and UNDER VALUE. My monthly payment is as high as a car payment. Not only that, once the policy renews, you have to pay ANOTHER down payment on top of the first month.

Garbage company in so many ways they are worried about money only they don't care about you or their employees they have a huge turn over rate and the ones who stay they throw away eventually. And if you cancel your insurance they still try to charge you then try to contact DMV and say your driving without insurance to try and get your license suspended very petty company

I’ve had commercial auto and cargo insurance with GEICO for some time, and their customer service is shockingly inadequate for 2025. Every time I call, I’m told no representatives are available, and all they can do is schedule a callback—which never happens. It’s unacceptable for an insurance provider to make it this difficult to speak with a real person, especially when urgent issues arise.

Worse yet, their delays in processing COI (Certificate of Insurance) requests have cost me real business. Multiple loads have been canceled because GEICO either responded late or not at all. In the trucking industry, timely documentation is critical, and GEICO’s inefficiency has directly hurt my operations.

If you rely on responsive customer service and quick turnaround times for insurance needs, look elsewhere. I’m actively searching for a better provider because GEICO clearly doesn’t prioritize their commercial clients. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them for business insurance.

Geico has been the United Healthcare of auto insurance for me—a company that prioritizes profits over people. Everyone working there should feel ashamed. They ruined my life without remorse, canceling my policy with minimal notice during the holidays. This forced me to surrender my plates in the dead of winter, leaving me with no viable options. All this because their so-called fraud team seems to be a group of "good ol' boys" hiding behind closed doors, making arbitrary decisions. Thanks for embodying the America we’ve come to know—a system built on lies and broken promises.

GEICO is truly pathetic in terms of providing validity and value to their customers, Google them to find out how they rate/rank in terms of covering insurance claims and payouts. Help shut these crooks down, it's 2025 people have rights, we shouldn't have to support a lavish lifestyle for these corporations with our hard earned money, this ends now....

Worst insurance company I’ve ever had.
From pulling wrong payment amounts to no incentive for safe driving.
Rates go up instead of down.
Customer service is a joke like this company.

I had a very frustrating experience with Geico. Initially, I received a reasonable quote to add a relative/household member and their vehicle to my existing auto policy, and I was assured the quote was good for 30 days. However, when I tried to access the quote weeks later, it had been removed from my account. Upon contacting them again, I was given a new quote that was more than 2.5 times the original, despite providing the exact same information!! Conveniently, no one could access the initial quote. Either the employees are incompetent, or the company’s practices are flawed. This experience, in addition to continued premium increases with a clean driving record, has motivated me to shop for a new insurance provider. Avoid this company if you value consistency and transparency!

Geico is Deceptive about details of boat policy deductible. Never advised us or mention on the deck page of policy that the deductible is doubled or 5% (they choose the higher) when claim is due to a named storm. So they got us twice in a 11 month time frame for $2600 deductible during Hurricane Ian (9/22) & Idalia (8/23). When we called recently with questions as our boat is just now done with repairs, we were surprised of this 5% deductible and asked why during a stressful time with a hurricane do they make it worse for the consumer. The response from a girl in her 20's was thats how your policy is written. Teach your secretaries some empathy skills GEICO! Moving on with my boat & auto insurance.
