Extremely Disappointed with GeoVera Advantage Insurance Services – Do Not Recommend!

After an extremely frustrating experience with GeoVera Advantage Insurance Services, I feel compelled to warn others not to do business with this company. They operate in a manner I consider to be in bad faith, especially regarding the values of deductibles, which are exorbitantly high compared to the market.

Recently, I had an issue with my damaged roof and, upon filing the claim, was shocked to discover that my deductible was a staggering $58,300. This is completely disproportionate, considering that the cost for a complete roof replacement is around $23,000. This kind of practice makes the insurance practically useless, as the cost of the deductible exceeds the value of the necessary repairs.

Here is my negative experience and a piece of advice: look for other insurance companies that operate fairly and transparently. GeoVera clearly does not fit this profile.
