My wife and I have been extremely happy doing business with Gerard Insurance Services. I began with them while looking to get started with Medicare supplemental plans over 5 years ago. Every year, I visit Cynthia, to review my coverage and make any changes to either increase coverage, or save money. Or, both! She's been great! This year, we went to see her to get my wife started with her Medicare and supplemental plan. We got her set up, and also changed my plan, to once again save some money. It's critical these days to have an agent that cares and works help keep insurance costs down. Cynthia certainly does that! We love her!

We've been doing business with Gerard Insurance Services for over five years. Our Agent, Cynthia Marshall is the best! We don't know what we would do without her. Cynthia has been managing my Private Healthcare Insurance plans each year, and now she has enrolled me in Medicare, as I've turned 65. She also manages my husbands medicare plan as well. Every year we met with her to go over plan changes for the coming year. She is methodical, organized and has an excellent grasp of the complicated and ever-changing world of healthcare. We have truly come to rely on her expertise. She is instrumental in helping us navigate all the changes both the government and private insurance companies make annually.
