2014 was a difficult year for us. A cascade of fiscal wrong moves had left us on the brink, rushing to secure what remained of a once-healthy business. Our lawyer referred us to Gianno & Freda Financial Services. Mark Gianno smiled, shot us a knowing look and calmly proceeded to lay out a plan. In the process what Mark really did was peel us off the ceiling of our worst money fears. We went to dinner, always a good idea, and discovered the commonalities which have grown into friendship both in and out of the office. Worst business and complete scam, a huge waste of time and money. They promise to take care of the issue on an agreed upon price, then they charge you way more for the work without ever solving the problem! It gets worse though, Mark will keep sending you bills for services you did not agree to! I went to his office to address this and I made it clear to not to render any services without my expressed permission and then charge me for something I didn’t ask for. He promised not to do that anymore and we shook hands on it. I reluctantly wrote him one last check to pay my final bill expecting to never hear from them again….. just a couple months later he sends me another bill for no reason! I’m not giving you another cent. I paid thousands and you did not even solve my tax problem, I am still dealing with the state! But you want to bill me again for that right? I’m sorry I made the mistake trusting these guys with my business, don’t make the same mistake!
