Just received the news that Ms. Bloom is retiring. Thank goodness! The worst State Farm agent that I have had in my 60 years with State Farm.

Gina Bloom Insurance agency deserves 0 stars. Long before COVID, when I had a question or problem, they almost always said they would have to talk to corporate to get an answer. Don't they have computers to look info up themselves?
Now, during COVID, they NEVER answer the phone. They have a message that says they will call back. BUT until I filed a complaint with State Farm corporate, they NEVER called back.
When I bought a new car in July 2020 and tried to add it to my State Farm policy, they did NOT call back, but the 24 hour a day corporate customer service added the new vehicle easily in minutes.
The lien holder tried to verify coverage on my old vehicle during August 2020, calling Gina Bloom's office twice, leaving messages . Her office NEVER called them back and as a result put very expensive FORCED PLACE INSURANCE on my old car as a result, even though State Farm was still covering the vehicle.
If you want an agent who gets paid every month to do almost NOTHING, and could cost you LOTS more money, choose Gina Bloom insurance agency.
I highly recommend State Farm Insurance, but NOT Gina Bloom Insurance Agency!

We’ve been with Gina Bloom since 2009 and State Farm since 1998. Her office has always been there for us through several life events and disasters over the years. It’s difficult living in the mountains and you need someone that will help navigate fires, floods, trees falling on your house, on your cars, vehicle accidents, and the dreaded fire season.
