Fantastic Service!! Literally this company will save you THOUSANDS!! Don't replace your windows -- just replace the GLASS!!! It's a FRACTION of the cost, they're crystal clear, they're absolutely beautiful AND none of those ugly giant borders that come with those outrageously over-priced Anderson or Pella windows. I couldn't possibly be happier and neither could my bank account!! 😉 Curtis is the man!!

I live on the golf course and had a window broken recently. I used Gizmo Glass Replacement and I just want to warn others not to use them. The first time they came to replace they had brought the wrong window. So I waited a week for the new one to come in. They measured on this day as well. When they came back a week later it was the wrong size. They said they wrote it down wrong. So I had to wait another week. Today the installer replaced the top window that was broken and now the bottom window won’t open at all. It’s like he dropped something and it’s wedged shut or he glued it shut. They refuse to fix it. Debbie is the owner and she says it must be my window. Even though this window was opening and closing all week just fine, and was previously open with a dog door in it. It’s never had an issue opening or closing the many years I’ve lived here until they installed new glass today.

And the guy they kept sending was very unprofessional. He showed up more than two hours early for one time scheduled window and stood on my porch without telling me who he was. It was pretty creepy. He showed up again today without a heads up and yelled at me and repeatedly said he wanted to move the appointment to another day. He’s been really creepy every time which I spoke to Debbie about, so I really think he intentionally did something to my window today. Just don’t use Gizmo Glass whatever you do.
