I had so many questions about our policy changes and she took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions as they arose. I can’t say thank you enough.
Nonetheless it’s Friday afternoon close to the time they close and she didn’t rush our conversation one bit.

Due to family illness auto & home insurance was cancelled and time passed without notifying insurance company that the family didn't have the need to renew policies when they were due to terminate. Herndon Insurance sent our loved one a letter, POA responded back, and Herndon swiftly took care of everything. And bonus, we receive a small refund from insurance company for the term of the policy that was not renewed. Best Insurance Agency in Fredericksburg, VA! Fast service, accurate information, and much more. If you looking for an Insurance agent, don't waste your time looking - I can confidentiality say you will not be disappointed. Take a look at Consumer Report and see where Erie is at; they are always top 5 and above Allstate and Geico. Mindy @ the office is great, she made my process of switching everything to Eire great. Also, having a good credit helps with lower insurance cost with any insurance company. Hope this helps! 🙂
