The directions are close to being accurate, however there is NO NEED TO PASS CHALLENGER & MAKE A U TURN. Coming from my directions (by 3rd & J avenue) SIMPLY MAKE A LEFT ON CHALLENGER THEN A RIGHT INTO FIRST PARKING LOT. IT'S CLOSER & EASIER.
